The short version: this is a simple information website. It uses no cookies, shows no ads, and collects no personal information that identifies you. It counts visits using privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. You only share anything with Jack if you choose to message him or book a session.

2. What this website collects
Almost nothing. This site has no contact forms, no sign-up and no login. It uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (see section 4) to count visits and popular pages, but this does not identify you. There are no advertising or tracking pixels.
3. When you get in touch or book
- WhatsApp: if you tap a “Message on WhatsApp” button, your message and phone number are sent to Jack through WhatsApp. That is handled under WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) privacy policy. Jack uses it only to reply and arrange sessions.
- Instagram & Facebook: if you message Jack on Instagram or Facebook, that conversation happens on those platforms and is covered by Instagram’s and Facebook’s (Meta’s) privacy policies. Jack uses it only to reply and arrange sessions.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that counts page views and popular pages without cookies, without storing personal data, and without identifying you or following you across other websites. To display its text, the site also loads a font from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your device’s IP address as part of serving that font. No cookies are set by any of this, and none of it is used to identify you.
5. How your information is used
Only to reply to you and to arrange and deliver your training. Your details are never sold, and never shared for anyone else’s marketing.
6. How long it is kept
Messages and booking details are kept only for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep sensible business records, then removed. [ADJUST IF NEEDED]
